A COMMUNITY gardening project in Weston has been shortlisted for an award.
Alliance Homes has been chosen for the Best Neighbourhoods category in the National Housing Federation’s Community Impact Awards.
It has been nominated for their Growing Together project, which encompasses three community allotments around the Bournville estate.
These are the Great Rhyne Gardens behind Windwhistle Primary School, The Chocolate Garden and the Coleridge Road allotment. The winners will be revealed on May 1.
