A food and drink research company has been chosen to organise the technical details for a new innovation centre for Weston-super-Mare.
North Somerset Council plans to develop a £9million food and drink hub, called the FoodWorks Innovation Centre, at the Junction 21 Enterprise Area.
It has commissioned Campden BRI to provide technical support so the building meets food and drink legislation for testing and manufacturing of new products.
Campden BRI, which has received a contract up to £10,000, has worked with the Government and across Europe.
