PEOPLE and businesses fed up with slow internet connections are being encouraged to come forward by North Somerset Council.
The council have created an online survey to find out which areas are in urgent need of superfast broadband. Last month 30million was committed to improving internet speeds in the South West and the project, due to start next summer, should be completed in 2015.
Cllr Elfan Ap Rees, said: “In this area more than 30 per cent of businesses are based from home so this will be a major boost to helping them increase business opportunities and become more competitive.”
