Dolphin Square store moves on

A CLOTHING store, previously based in Dolphin Square, has opened a new bigger store in the town.

Aniqa, now based in St James Street, Weston, is one of the first businesses to move out of the shopping precinct as part of the 35million regeneration project. The move comes despite businesses being granted a six-month extension to their leases until September 2012.

Electrical retailer Living Homes is also planning for the future after it applied to North Somerset Council for permission to convert the old Weston Bathrooms showroom in Phillips Road, Weston, into a new shop. No expected moving date has been announced.
