A WESTON businesswoman will be jetting off to the sun and sand of Dubai after winning a restaurant’s annual prize.
Alison Steele, owner of Boulevard Brides, won the prize of two return tickets to the Arabian emirate from Hussain’s Indian Restaurant, with the prize being officially handed out by Weston’s mayor Philip Judd and his wife Wendy on November 30.
Although she was unable to attend the draw at the restaurant in Orchard Street, Mrs Steele said she was delighted to have won the prize.
She said: “I think we’ll be going around June, we’re really looking forward to it. I’d like to thank Hussain’s very much, I’ve always wanted to go to Dubai, so this is wonderful.”
