SHIVER me timbers – a Congresbury car dealership has given away a family motor worth nearly 30,000 as part of a national Pirates of the Caribbean competition.

Managing director at Holders in Station Road, Rex Jeffrey, said he was delighted to hand over the keys to the brand new SEAT Alhambra.

Anne-Marie Summerell and husband Andrew, of Clevedon, won the car after taking a test drive at Holders and earning entry to an online treasure hunt. They followed a series of clues and correctly placed their virtual ‘x marks the spot’ answer.

Rex said: “It really couldn’t have gone to a nicer family.

“The Summerells have been loyal customers of ours for some years now we have all got to know Anne-Marie, in particular, very well. We were thrilled when we were told they’d won the competition SEAT UK had been running.

“The new Alhambra is the perfect family car and I’m sure the Summerells will thoroughly enjoy it.”
