n A POPULAR adventure park is donating some prize turkeys from its farm shop to help feed homeless people in Weston throughout the Christmas period.
Puxton Park, located just outside of Weston along the A370 in Hewish, teamed up with homeless shelter Comfort And Warmth in St Paul’s Church for the first time last year, and has donated eight turkeys to help provide a Christmas feast for homeless people in the area.
The farm shop’s manager Phil Payne said: “We were delighted to donate turkeys last year to help ensure even those who are less fortunate have an enjoyable Christmas.
“We will once again support the charity as this is such a worthy cause and the organisers should be proud of the help and support they have offered for the past 25 years.”
