MUMS and mums-to-be will be catered for by a pair of fitness gurus who are starting classes in Uphill.
Hypnotherapist Helen Badman has teamed up with friend Emma Duffill to run two classes on Friday mornings starting at 9.30am at the Victory Hall, in Old Church Road.
Helen is guiding women through pregnancy and helping them prepare for childbirth.
In the following hour Emma invites women to join her for Fitness and Fun for Babies and Mum.
Emma said: "The gentle aerobic and toning class encourages women to get back into shape in a fun, and a little chaotic, environment without the need to find childcare.
"The classes are also a great opportunity to meet other women with young families."
