A TEACHING assistant has launched her own company, the first in Weston to provide a 'celebrity' beauty trend.
Susie Robinson, of Weston, has 'fulfilled her dream' by opening Flash Lashes at T4 Tanning Studio, in Upper Bristol Road, giving customers semi-permanent eyelash extensions.
The lashes are individually applied, similar to hair extensions, with a range of lengths, thickness and colours which can last up to eight weeks.
Susie said: "We have been so pleased with the feedback - everyone loves them.
"We always begin with a consultation and once clients see the before and after pictures they just want to get on with it.
"I love the fact I can do something that will make people instantly feel better about
their appearance.
"This is why I have always wanted to become involved in the beauty business."
Happy client Gemma Vincent said: "I have hardly any lashes and they are like stubs, so when I heard about Flash Lashes I made an appointment straight away.
"They look so different, everyone notices and there is no need to wear mascara as they look so good.
