FROM sonatas to suites, one woman is determined to help with whatever musical accompaniment is needed at your special occasion.

Katherine Maleham is offering her expertise on the flute to people celebrating weddings and christenings, marking funerals or any other ceremony.

Ms Maleham, of Westwood Close, Worle, said: “I played the flute as a child but stopped playing as a teenager and picked it back up again seven years ago as a hobby, after hearing James Nesbit on the television.

“I am working towards a diploma in music after recently passing grade eight with distinction.

“I have played at friend?’s weddings and relative’s funerals.

“It’s a very beautiful and serene thing to offer.”
