A ONCE-POPULAR Indian restaurant has been sold ahead of its planned inclusion in a property auction.
The former Tandoori Cottage in Bleadon was listed under a guide price of �80-100,000 by auctioneers Clive Emson.
However, the Bridgwater Road property instead changed hands for an undisclosed fee ahead of the bidding after a deal was agreed with an unnamed buyer.
The 0.23-acre property includes a restaurant area, four upstairs bedrooms plus car parking, and has conditional planning permission for conversion to a house.
