THE former Whistling Duck pub in Banwell is up for sale for £525,000.
Listed as a commercial development, the Knightcott Road site is up for sale through David Plaister Ltd, based in Bleadon.
Several planning applications to turn the site into homes have been entered since it closed in 2011, but the land is yet to be developed.
As it stands, the site has pending planning permission for eight houses.
