GJ ASSOCIATES Insurance in South Parade, Weston, has been sold to a company in Worcester.
SJL Insurance Services has bought the business and the office will relocate to Worcester.
GJ Associates will now focus on their property sales and letting agencies in Milton Road, Weston, and Torquay.
Managing director, Graham Slade, said: "We have taken the insurance side of the business from scratch as far as we can and we believe SJL will be able to expand the business to the next level.
"We intend to concentrate on property sales and lettings and continue to operate from other successful locations.
