A SIMPLIFIED draft planning document to encourage investment on outlying parts of Weston has gone out for public consultation.
The Draft Junction 21 Local Development Order wants to speed up the process of development in the proposed Weston Villages, Weston Airfield Business Quarter, Westland Distribution Park and Junction 21 Enterprise Area.
North Somerset Council’s move is designed to help businesses keen to invest by simplifying the ways for them to get involved.
The consultation starts today (Thurs) and closes on November 29 online at www.n-somerset.gov.uk/LDFconsult
