The move by Esporta Health Club in Locking Road is called Hero and Helper Open Weekend.
Busy public sector professionals needing to recharge their batteries will be able to benefit from a wealth of facilities including a state-of-the-art air conditioned gym, complete with free weights, more than 100 exercise stations and a full body work out.
There is also a 20m indoor pool, with a sauna and steam room.
Heroes and helpers are invited to the open weekend on August 29-30.
Once people have completed their workout, they can relax over a coffee and take advantage of free wireless access to catch up on the latest from www.westonmercury.co.uk
