WESTON’S Royal Hotel has become the first in the area to install new charging stations for anyone who needs to power up their electric car.
Hotel customers and other motorists visiting Weston town centre can use the stations for £1 an hour.
Hotel director Jonathan Cooke said: “I think we are the only hotel in the South West with these stations.
“We are trying to do our bit to reduce our carbon footprint and help others to as well. We wanted to have something no other hotel has got.”
