KNIGHTSTONE Housing has received top marks from the Homes and Community Agency, in a recent report.
The company, which is a big employer and landlord in North Somerset and will open a new office in Weston next year, was awarded the highest rating for both governance and financial viability in this assessment.
Nick Horne, chief executive at Knightstone, said: “We’re going through a major business transformation, reducing the number of local authority areas we work in from 37 to nine and reshaping our services, to invest more in our communities.
“We’re doing this to make sure our customers receive the best service.”
