THE building company behind the Locking Parklands development on the edge of Weston has completed its latest phase of flats.
The new buildings, a collection of eight two-bedroom flats, are part of the Poppyfields area and will be soon released onto the housing market.
Site developer St Modwen has promised a vast employment space including an innovation centre will be added once complete.
