A TAX and accountancy specialist from Weston has won a national award.
John Mayer, who runs the town’s TaxAssist Accountants firm, was recognised for his 14 years in the sector.
He said: “I am delighted to have been given this accolade. To be recognised by my peers and colleagues within TaxAssist Accountants is a huge compliment and something I am very proud of.
“I’m also delighted to say that our very own administrator Michelle Cogan also beat off competition from more than 700 people to win her own recognition award. She really is the glue that holds our office together.”
