A NEW European destination has been unveiled for an airline’s services from Bristol Airport.

Ryanair has announced it will start flying to Warsaw, Poland, later this year.

Flights starting at 20.99 one-way will travel to and from Bristol three times a week.

The airport, Warsaw Modlin, is a new facility, recently converted from a military airport.

It is one of six destinations in the country served by the company from Bristol.

Spokesman for Ryanair Maria Macken said: “It is a fantastic opportunity. There is a big demand for flights to Poland in the South West and Warsaw is a new area for us and a great destination.”

Warsaw is the Capital city of Poland and the largest in the country. Some of its top attractions include the Royal Castle, King Zygmunt’s Column and Warsaw Old Town quarter.
