Mark Bell has previously managed offices for the likes of Haart and Bairstow Eves, but is now going it alone to set up Total Sales & Lettings.
He said: "After working in the industry for over 15 years, you may think that your enthusiasm wanes. Well I can assure you that mine hasn't.
"I never get tired of helping people find their dream homes. This industry is based on providing excellent customer service, and that's what we do.
"If you look after the public, then this makes your job easier and more fulfilling.
