A WESTON mum has started a new fitness class for mothers and their babies or pre-school children after battling to fit regular exercise around looking after a family.
Fitness instructor Emma Duffill will be launching her classes 'fitness and fun for babies and mum' at Uphill Village Hall tomorrow (Fri).
Emma said: "Having taken a long maternity break from fitness teaching after the arrival of my second baby I was keen to get my fitness back but didn't want to put my children into a creche or nursery in order to exercise.
"I found that the only thing for it was to hire a hall to commit to exercising whilst my two-year-old could run around and play.
"It made me think about how many other mothers would appreciate the opportunity to exercise while their children are with them.
