A NEW martial arts centre has opened in Weston, with a promise of further gym businesses to come.
Jon Para and James Morgan have opened up the new centre at 17 North Street and have plans to add a ladies-only gym, plus a traditional weights room to the facility in the coming weeks.
The Centurion School of Martial Arts is the first business however to move into the site and Jon said he was pleased how the project was coming along.
He said: “It was a little bit run down and we wanted to make it a little bit more upmarket.”
The 27-year-olds run a kickboxing club in Bristol and Jon said he was confident their latest venture would become a similar success.
