THE fourth phase of housing development has started at the Locking Parklands development.
Building company St Modwen Homes is launching the Poppyfields phase ahead of schedule.
It will have 94 properties when complete, including two, three and four-bedroom homes, eight of which have already been reserved.
Construction is currently underway on The Meadows and Poppyfields, with more work predicted to start on further homes in 2014.
Prices for these new homes start from £242,950 and are available to purchase under the Government’s Help to Buy scheme.
