Work to redevelop a drab shopping area in a North Somerset village is making steady progress.
The Pages Court shopping precinct, in Yatton High Street, has long been regarded as tired and in need of a makeover by villagers.
Architects 3Sixty Real Estate are now in the process of installing new windows, landscaping and a canopy to the area.
The landscaping proposal involves planting new trees and installing new benches and bike stands to encourage cycling, along with improved lighting, security measures and information signs.
