A puppy training school has moved from Weare to Worle and has forged new links with a pet shop.
Dog behaviourist Alison Garforth has been training dogs for 14 years and was running her puppy pre-school in Weare.
She has relocated her business to Worle, where she has joined up with Petmania in Coker Road.
Part of the warehouse has been converted into a training room, where dogs and owners can learn about co-ordination, balance and spatial awareness.
There are also dog yoga sessions, where animals can be taught to relax.
Alison said: “This was a fantastic opportunity.
“People can go to the shop and get their food and things, and then come to do some training.”
Alison’s bichon frise dog Jacabee is a big part of her training programme.
She said: “He is my little training assistant and has helped lots of dogs and puppies in classes.”
