A TOPPING out ceremony was held at Puxton Park to celebrate building a £1million cheese parlour.

The new factory will produce Caerphilly cheese made from milk produced by the park’s own cows and is expected to open in June.

Managing director of the Cowslip Lane park, Alistair Mead, said: “We are thrilled to begin the construction phase of our new factory.

“It emphasises that we are not only an adventure park but a working farm producing local meats, cheese and ice-cream.”
