The spa has invested �6,000 in a Crystal Clear Microdermabrasion system and is the only venue in the region to offer the progressive treatment.
Rebecca Honey, manager at thespa, said: "There are many benefits to using this new type of treatment such as the reduction of scarring, lines and wrinkles, the removal of skin congestion, the treatment of pigmentation and removal of millia.
"It also helps remove patches of dry skin, brightens and freshens the skin and increases circulation.
"The best thing of all is that it gives those using the system a fantastic feel good factor because from the first treatment the skin is left feeling totally fresh and smooth."
The microdermabrasion works where crystals and a vacuum work simultaneously over the skin.
The crystals gently blast over the skin's surface turning over the dead cells and the vacuum action draws the dead skin cells away.
