A NEW dance fitness programme, created by Strictly Come Dancing stars Natalie Lowe and Ian Wait, is coming to Weston.
Fitness instructors Carol Hartley and Ann Beakes, both from the town, have launched a series of FitSteps classes which will be held at Worle Baptist Church in Rawlins Avenue on Wednesdays from 6pm.
The duo say they want to inspire residents to not only get fit but have fun and try something new.
FitSteps blends ballroom dance movements with the up-tempo pace of Latin dances. The classes combine interval training for a series of dance moves such as jive, cha cha cha and samba, as well as the waltz and rumba.
