Ill children will benefit from thousands of pounds after a sizeable donation from a Yatton business.
Smart Architectural Aluminium, based in Arnolds Way, has presented Children’s Hospice South West (CHSW) with a cheque for £2,800.
Staff raised the money last month by donating money, rather than purchasing Christmas gifts.
Guy Morris, Smart’s operations manager, said: “CHSW’s North Somerset hospice, Charlton Farm, has been our nominated charity for more than 10 years and we’re delighted to start the year by making this donation.
“We are all extremely proud to support such a worthwhile organisation, but at the same time we are constantly humbled by the incredible work that the charity undertakes.”
