THE ‘yummy’ ice cream for a new business is being made at a Somerset attraction.
The milk from the cows at Puxton Park is being used to supply Tutto, the new rotunda-shaped restaurant that opened on Weston seafront last week.
Restaurant co-owner and Puxton Park owner Alistair Mead, said: “We are making every variety you can think of, from vanilla to mint choc chip, even bubble gum flavour, which is my favourite.
“The majority of our customer feedback has been that our ice cream is ‘yummy’. We will be selling it in Tutto and Puxton Park for this summer but will expand into next year.
“We are so pleased to be using our milk from the farm as we are cutting out the middle processes and wholesalers.”
