RESIDENTS and staff at Knightstone Housing Association have helped to pick new gardening contractors.
A total of 17 residents were part of the selection process and appointed Countrywide Grounds Maintenance.
The group also decided what type of standard of service was expected, helped to assess each contractor and took part in the interview process.
Countrywide will now provide gardening and grounds maintenance to more than 6,000 residents across 38 local authority areas.
Knightstone is a non-for-profit organisation which has provided social housing services in the South West for 36 years.
