A BARBECUE and live music event raised money for a range of different village organisations.
Mike and Lori Toms of the Strawberry Special in Station Road, Cheddar, raised £3,629 for Draycott First School and Stepping Stones Pre-School.
Draycott Football Club, the Mendip Players and the Women’s Institute also benefitted from the money.
