A PROMINENT seafront bar and caf� is up for sale – and could be yours for less than half a million pounds.
The Waterfront Caf� Bar in Burnham has gone on the market because its owners are retiring after seven years at the helm.
The Esplanade venue – being marketed by agents Stonesmith – has a price tag of �445,000, and makes a reported �70,000 annual profit.
Agents say the Waterfront has been recently refurbished, and has a loyal local clientele as a result of its live music nights, and is ‘seasonally enhanced’ by tourist trade during the summer months.
