THE Cove Restaurant in Weston has been awarded a prestigious AA rosette for the sixth year running.
It is the only Weston restaurant to hold the award, which is given for high standards of culinary excellence.
Gemma Stacey, joint owner and head chef of the restaurant, which overlooks Marine Lake on the seafront, said: “It’s always good to receive industry recognition and I’m proud of my whole team.”
