CALLS to Mendip District Council are answered quicker than ever, according to the latest figures.
CALLS to Mendip District Council are answered quicker than ever, according to the latest figures.
The customer services team at the council, which is the authority responsible for Draycott and Rodney Stoke, answer more than 95 per cent of calls within 20 seconds, well above the Somerset target of 80 per cent.
The results are partly thanks to a new phone system, which has improved the way calls are answered.
