A question and answer session organised by a group of Weston-super-Mare Muslims has been rescheduled after a previous event was called off due to safety concerns.

The event was originally scheduled to take place in January.

The British Bangladeshi Association organised the Islamic question and answer event, after many friends and co-workers asked questions about what it is like to be a Muslim.

The group has teamed up with the Multicultural Friendship Association to reschedule the event, which will now take place at Victoria Methodist Church in Station Road on July 24 from 1-3.30pm.

The main speaker will be Rizwan Ahmed, who is the Muslim chaplain at University of the West of England.
