Pre-war cars, vehicles from the 1950s right through to the 1990s, and motorcycles were all displayed by their proud owners at the event.

The event ran all day, under bright blue skies, as passers-by enjoyed stumbling upon vintage vehicles made by Volvo, Mercedes, and BMW.

The next car show in the park will be a two-day special, to coincide with Weston Air Festival and Armed Forces Weekend on June 17-18.

Cars will be on display from 10am to 4.30pm while air displays fly overhead. The Red Arrows, Hurricane, Lancaster, Spitfire and RAF Typhoon are all scheduled to fly past Weston, while military displays and a veterans’ parade take place on the ground.
