Firefighters were called to the car fire in Clevedon.

THREE fire engines were called to a blaze ‘started deliberately’ at a static caravan yesterday.

After a member of the public raised the alarm, the vehicles from Burnham-on-Sea and Bridgewater were called to extinguish the fire at Catherine Street, East Huntspill.

Fire crews confirmed nobody was injured in the incident, but the contents of the caravan were completely destroyed. Duty of care has been left with the caravan’s owners.
