A NORTH Somerset charity which supports terminally ill children has been given a £500 boost by a team of dedicated motorists.

Weston Association of Professional Driving Instructors holds regular raffles and events to raise funds for local causes.

The group has selected the Children’s Hospice South West as its cause for the year, and chairman Adrian Mabberley handed over a cheque to its CHSW’s Steve Gambling during its July meeting.
