A ‘casualty’ was rushed to hospital after a crash on a major commuter route yesterday (Saturday).
Fire crews from Temple, Blagdon and Bedminster were called at 4.51pm to the A38 at Redhill, just south of the airport, after a collision between two vehicles.
An Avon Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: “At the scene, crews worked alongside paramedics to make the scene safe and to treat the casualties, one of whom had serious injuries and was conveyed to hospital by ambulance.”
