AN AFFORDABLE housing supplier will close its six offices in the South West and replace them with a new headquarters on the outskirts of Weston.
Knightstone Housing Association has this week announced plans for major changes, including putting services under one roof at the planned Weston Gateway complex in West Wick.
The social landlord will close its six offices, including one in Worle and others in Devon, Somerset and Bristol and is looking at swapping some of its housing stock.
Within three years the housing association expects to be managing more than 10,000 homes in the nine West of England and Somerset local authorities, including North Somerset.
Its aim is to develop 1,500 new homes in the West of England in the next five years.
