A community choir raised more than £630 for two charities in memory of two of its former members.

Sing Out Loud, which practises on Tuesday evenings at The Campus in Worle, performed at St Andrew’s Church in Congresbury in memory of Peter Willan and Audrey Beck, who both died before Christmas.

The concert took place on July 2 and raised more than £630 for the Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance and the British Heart Foundation. It also featured guest performers Lyrica, who have recently returned from singing at the Four Seasons Hotel in Milan.

Sing Out Loud has raised more than £1,000 for charities through concerts this year.
