THE 50th anniversary of a charity which helps autistic children was celebrated with a fun day in Brent Knoll on Saturday.

The National Autistic Society threw open the doors of its Somerset Court base to celebrate the half-century landmark.

Children and parents enjoyed a range of stalls, games, crafts and tasty treats to mark the charity’s birthday in style.
