A fun fundraising week saw students look back over years of show business.
Pupils at Kings Of Wessex Academy, in Cheddar, looked to raise hundreds of pounds for three charities: Sudden Unexplained Death of Epilepsy, Bristol Children’s Hospital and Avalon Camps before half-term.
The events took place during break and lunchtime which were made for a memorable week.
Boys braved a leg shaving and intrepid warriors waged war in a Raven-like show.
Two students and two maths teachers were ‘gunged’ with a mixture of spaghetti, flour, mushy peas and gherkins.
The senior student team who organised the event said: “We are so pleased this year’s charities week was such a success and hope it will be remembered as a fabulous weekend of fundraising for our nominated charities.
“We would like to thank everyone who participated and gave money and who helped us put on the week.”
