Gardeners and crafters were invited to enter more than 100 classes, including flowers, cookery, wine, arts and crafts and the children’s classes.

The one-day event was held at the Cheddar Village Hall.

Anne Langford, a member of the show committee, said: “A show at this venue has a real village feel.”

Winners included Gerald Dally for his carrots, Stella Dally for her hand-knitted creations and Bill Maggs for his collection of vegetables.
