THE school holidays might be drawing to a close but children at a holiday club in Kewstoke have been enjoying the last bits of the summer - rain or shine.
St Paul’s Church was invaded by a group of little ones for a whole host of fun and games as part of Rainbow Kids Holiday Club over the past week.
Mike Tedstone, who helped to run the club at the church, said: “We have had a lot of activities going on all week - it really has been great.”
The children enjoyed a Peppa Pig-themed day - dressing up as the book’s famous characters and reading stories from the popular children’s series.
Colour was the theme of the week, with bright outfits all round and the children showed no sign of superstition as they opened their rainbow-themed umbrellas inside of the church walls - making for a colourful display.
