AN EVENING of classical music is taking place to help raise money for a young cancer patient who needs to raise enough money for treatment in America.
The evening will take the form of a concert of chamber music so that Adam, a pupil from Worle Community School, can travel to America for extensive medical care which provides treatment for a rare type of cancer.
Sisters, Hannah and Martha McLorinan, will be joined by Friends at Worle Community School Hall on September 12 for the fund-raiser, where there will be a variety of music, including classics by Mozart, Vivaldi and Bach.
There will be a raffle, a selection of wine, fruit juice and homemade cakes on sale. All proceeds from the evening will help to support Adam's venture.
Tickets, priced £5 will be available on the door or in advance by ringing Hannah on 07921 066188.
