Plans to create a community co-housing scheme in Congresbury will be discussed at two meetings in January.

The St Congar’s Community Cohousing Project is looking to build 26 homes in and around St Andrew’s Church, which will feature around a shared space or a common house.

A prayer meeting to discuss the plan will take place at St Andrew’s Church, off Church Drive, at 10.30am on January 7, while a further meeting to discuss the project’s ethos will take place at the church at 4pm on January 22.
