A COUPLE from Highbridge has been left confused after they claim they asked for permission to put up a shed but were later told to take it down.
Lorry driver Robert McKay put up the structure after his wife Marlene made enquiries about whether they would need planning permission.
Marlene McKay, who turns 73 today (Thurs) says she contacted Sedgemoor District Council to ask if she could put up the shed in the back garden of her home in Morland Road.
